At this time we are not able to provide gluten-free or vegan tea boxes, however we always have vegetarian options for the items in our tea! Please get in touch with us if you have any special diet requests not noted here and we can do our best to accommodate!

Pickup is at White Heather Tea Room located @ 1885 Oak Bay Ave.

We’ve tried to space out pickup times to manage any shop traffic, but if we have another patron in the tearoom we just ask that you wait for us outside - either in your car (and give us a call we can come out to your car!) or on the open benches! Ideally we’d love to show you your box and make sure you’re happy - usually 3-5 minutes where we get to enjoy your company briefly! We really appreciate your understanding and helping us keep everyone feel comfortable visiting. 

Once you’ve place your order, we will send you a confirmation email closer to your pickup date and work with you to schedule the best time to meet.

Please be mindful of pick-up window as tea boxes are assembled to order, and are best consumed within an hour if kept outside of the fridge. To guarantee freshness, these tea boxes should be consumed within 2-4 hours if kept in the refrigerator. Feel free to leave instructions below on how long you plan to be outdoors with your tea box, and we will do our best to package accordingly!
