Allow us to introduce to you White Heather's signature tea blend, the Mad Hatter.
 
Our Mad Hatter tea is a delightful cup of Sri Lankan Ceylon black tea with heavenly fruit notes. The slight astringency of our Ceylon tea pairs excellently with the passionfruit and papaya notes, each flavour balancing the other. Beautifully dried and preserved petals can be seen poking out among the dried teas. Our signature special blend carries the calming properies of passionfruit, making it an unlifting happy tea. When enjoying a fresh cup, we highly recommend taking your time and noticing its brilliant aromatic qualities. 
 
As this is a slightly sweet tea, it is in perfect combination with desserts and baked goods. We recommend one teaspoon per single pot of tea.
