Traditional Chinese white tea is known for its amazing antioxidant polyphenols which is three times more than green or black teas, and creates a relaxing effect for skin health. Our Pai Mu Tan is produced with solar and indoor wilting process, creating the perfect classic white tea. Each tea leaf must be covered with velvet peach conditions in order to reach the perfect shade of light grey without overexposure to the sun.
Each cup is characterized by a slightly pale cup with a fresh aroma, and a signature smooth velvety flavour. Slight jammy notes are carried with a mild Keemun tea likeness.
We recommend one slightly heaping teaspoon with freshly boiled water directly over tea. You are welcome to pour your tea whenever you desire. We recommend "waking up" the tea with a quick pour from the hot water, and refreshing later.
