Welcome to the White Heather Tea Room!

Richard&Ann

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to our tea room! Here at the White Heather, we are proud to provide an authentic afternoon tea experience which is sure to please.

We constantly hear from our customers how delighted they are with the quality and freshness of our food. We work hard to maintain this reputation. All our food (even the jams and Devon cream) is prepared in-house and daily baking ensures freshness. Our afternoon teas, especially our best-selling “Big Muckle Giant Tea for Two” offer a delicious selection of scones, tea sandwiches and other savoury treats as well as a selection of mouth-watering sweets.

Our tea plates are artistically arranged and presented to you in an intimate white-linen setting. Our customer service is friendly and knowledgeable and the sounds of laughter and good conversation abound.

We offer a wonderful selection of teas, from traditional favourites to special blends, herbal teas, green teas and more. If coffee is “your cup of tea”, don’t despair as we also offer freshly brewed coffee.

In addition to afternoon tea, we serve light lunches featuring soups, salads and grilled sandwiches. We offer lunch specials which change daily.

Can’t join us for afternoon tea? Call ahead for an afternoon tea to go! We also offer in-house catering for your private function after hours.

We look forward to seeing you on your next visit with us at the White Heather.

Ann and Richard
